Peter being a fast boy with plenty money ran away from School and was not heard from until he was a marryed man. No one knew not even wife that he had a brother. A sailor from onboard of his brothers ship herd of Peter and made him a visit and found a humble [?] shoe maker instead of a __sale merchant. He at first denyed, but finally and up and got on bord ship and went to Espanola. His brother put him on a plantation to drive [?] Negros and his daughters into a nunry [?] to make Ladyes of them. This was too much for the yanky Lady to bare so in 1780 they came back to Conneticut . the next year his brother sent him $3000 in gold with which bougt a farm on little river Hartland Con where he died. | ||
