Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for the consideration of fifty dollars the receipt of which is acknowledged has granted, bargained, and sold, and by these presents does grant, bargain, and sell unto said party of the second part the following tract of land: Situated in Scott County to wit the North East quarter of the North East quarter of section thirty four (34), township seventy eight (78) North Range Two (2) East of fifth (5) M.
