I closed my eyes, but was not ready to sleep. I opened them from time to time, checking on the darkening sky. There was a beautiful sunset, with bright reds and oranges appearing in the northwest sky. This lasted until nearly 10:00PM.

I awoke several times during the night. I watched the stars, counted satellites and even saw a couple of shooting stars.

The next morning brought clear skies and fresh air.
