The sun was nearing the horizon by 7:30 PM, so I headed back to my camp area. With clear skies, the temperature would drop quickly.
As soon as I got back to camp, I put on a jacket and hat. The air was cooling quickly. A dew had already begun to form on my gear. I wandered for another 30 minutes near camp, admiring the awesome views. Finally, I decided to crawl in to my sleeping bag. The warm bag and the cool air were a great combination! Boy, did that feel good.
