I got back to camp around 4:00 PM. The day had warmed a bit, and I had now been out four days. Eeew! I needed to clean up. I decided it was time to get into the lake. I undressed and worked my way into the cold water! I made it up to my waist, but could go no further. It was a bit too cold for yours truly! Four young men had come through the camp that morning and jumped right in, upholding another name for the lake: Swimming Bare!
Evening brought more incredible views.
