We continued north, making it to Moab, Utah for the evening. That would provide a quick start into Arches National Park the next morning.
The entrance to Arches National Park is just a few miles north of Moab, Utah. After a quick breakfast we headed there for a couple of hours. The park has a lot of wide open spaces with interesting rock formations here and there. And, of course there are several arches in the rock.
The formation shown below is aptly called Balancing Rock. At certain angles it really looks precarious!
