I retrieved the food from the tree, had some coffee and oatmeal and gazed at the surrounding hills.

We continued our hike after packing our things. Shortly up the trail was a way trail up a small hill which stood just west of Kimta Peak. We dropped the packs and walked five minutes to the top. What a fabulous view of Mt. Olympus to the north!
