Libby attended camp for several summers while growing up. She has often told us about the foil dinners she made in the campfire. You start with a piece of foil, throw in hamburger, potatoes, veggies, and some kind of sauce (like barbecue sauce or cream of mushroom soup) for moisture, then throw into the hot coals for 30 minutes or so, turning once. We made foil dinners Saturday night.
