During our meal, the breeze increased a bit, blowing the clouds up the valley. The peaks were quickly becoming obscured. We had initially talked about climbing Mt. Fricaba, or Petunia Peak, but the change in weather was not promising for such a trek. Not only would we see little from the summit while covered with fog, but we might also find it tricky to find a safe route down the hill. We chose to scrap the idea of climbing any further, and head back down.
