Libby and I took a break from painting inside for a day of snowshoeing on Mt. Rainier. We hiked the Reflection Lake loop beginning at Narada Falls. We did this trek a couple of years ago, but decided to try hiking to the Mt. Plummer-Mt. Pinnacle saddle as well, this time.

The snow was well packed. The last snowfall had been several days prior to our trip, so the snow was well packed. One could just about have hiked the trip without snowshoes. We followed the trail up the creek north of Narada Falls.
