We took a boat trip one day which took us to Yelapa, seen here. This little village seemed much more like "authentic" Mexico, though the locals were certainly prepared to sell to the "tourista!" Incidentally, this village is only accessible by water. We got off the catamaran and walked the 1/2 mile through the village to see their waterfall.
