On Wednesday, we packed our things and headed south. On our way, we stopped at the Dole Pineapple Plantation. We thought this would be a fitting stop, despite being a "tourist trap." We wandered through the massive gift shop and in to the garden area. We viewed an interesting display of many different pineapple varieties. And we bought tickets to ride the train through the grounds.
