In July we headed up to Mt Rainier to hike for the day. We drove up to Mowich Lake on the northwest side of Mt Rainier and parked the car. We hiked the 2 mile trail past Ipsut Pass and on to Eunice Lake. Most of the trail is in the woods, but opens up to more meadows around the lake. As you will see from the photos below, many, many flowers were in bloom. Take a look:
