Upon reaching the saddle, I donned my fleece jacket, since a moderate wind blew from the west. The temperature was in the low 60s, and climbing up the hill in shorts and a t-shirt kept me plenty comfortable. But now that I was in the wind, the jacket was required to avoid getting chilled.
I continued up the remaining 100 feet to the summit, spending perhaps 30 minutes there.
