I forded the inlet stream....and the outlet stream, then found a decent place to camp. I set up the tarp, primarily to dry it out, though I could've moved my gear underneath had it began raining. I wandered to the southwest, to study my exit route from the basin. Looking back, my campsite seemed so small.
