We pitched our tent, and ate some dinner. Afterwards, we wandered further down the trail a little way, spotting a ptarmigan. The area remained clouded over for the rest of the evening. As a result, the evening was fairly cool. Libby crawled into her sleeping bag early. I continued to wander around the lake, taking pictures along the way. The eagle returned, perching high in a fir tree.
