As we rounded the east side of Naches Peak, we came to a trail junction. Continuing along the Crest trail (to the left) will take one down the hill toward Dewey Lake, American Lake, and eventually White Pass, thirty miles away (see map). We stayed to the right to continue our loop. Another small lake gave us a good place to stop for lunch and take some family photos.
