After a few years of unsuccessful use of airline benefits for vacation, I decided it was time to bite the bullet. We bought airline tickets to Maui for our spring break vacation. Seats were available for travel in and out of Portland at the time of our travel, so we drove there on Friday, flying to Kuhului, Maui on Saturday.
