I quickly climbed the hillside, my heart pounding with each step. I rejoined Dad and continued our hike. We easily followed a trail around the next small ridge. The hillside was on fire with autumn color. As we discovered, much of the orange and red color was on the huckleberry bushes. So, where there was color, there were berries!

Mt. Olympus could be seen most of the remainder of the day, as we traversed through three large cirques (Hover)
