We arrived at the washout at midday, Tuesday. The washout was found to be quite impressive. The photo below shows the end of the road. Beyond, upstream, one can see a slight gap in the trees where the old road continues. A short section of trail climbs up and over the embankment on the right, rejoining the road on the other side.
